At Yippity Yap Creations, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at yippityyapcreations7@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To help us resolve your case quickly, please include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the problem.
Non-returnable / non-refundable items
Because all sales are final, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or dislike of the product. Gift cards and sale items are also non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your claim is approved for a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
